Is PhD obligatory for IO psychology ?? Which has more job opportunities and makes more money ( IO / HR ) ??

@@amrin1906 HR is much easier to get into and I would look for a internship for one during the summer of your junior and senior years. I/O is a much harder field to get into because there are a lot of varying specifications that are more in PhD and masters territory. If you are looking for a job that is similar to I/O psych I would look into marketing or business

No, psychiatry is a specialty in medicine. Basically, after you finish medical school, you go for residency (might vary depending on where you are) and this is where you choose a specialty (what type of doctor you want to be e.g orthopedic surgeon, gastroenterologist, pediatrician, etc). A psychiatrist is a doctor who specializes in treating mental health disorders through medical treatment like medicine. That's not something you can do with a psychology degree.
